This course is designed for students who desire an introduction to accounting. It is recommended for students who are planning to pursue business or commerce studies. Accounting is also a great course for students who simply have an interest in managing their finances well. It covers the basic accounting cycle, banking procedures, financial statements and payroll accounting. Students will complete exercises that are similar to processes small businesses engage in.
